This is the usual overhead kick, but done after a series of other acrobatic moves, a cartwheel, a backhandspring and a backflip leading to the overhead (Rising sun arc, chapter 27, pages 17 to 21)
The acrobatic moves is allowing the user to get past between two confused defenders, and the multiple rotations from the acrobatic moves is adding strength to the overhead (Rising sun arc, chapter 39, pages 17-18).
