ジャンピング隼ボレー - Jumping hayabusa volley - Jumping peregrine falcon volley
This is the Peregrine falcon shot used on a Jumping volley.

At first, Nitta could only do it when he was in posession of the ball, or when the ball wasn't moving, like during a free kick. In the middle of a match though, after only 4 failed attempts, Nitta managed to perform a really difficult volley shot when running at full speed towards a ball coming from behind (Captain Tsubasa arc, chapter 55, pages 71 to 116).

This technique had different names, all meaning more or less the same thing: Running peregrine falcon jumping volley shot (ランニング隼ジャンピングボレーシュート - Running hayabusa jumping volley shoot) (World youth arc, chapter 27, pages 32-33), Direct jumping peregrine falcon volley shot (ダイレクトジャンピング隼ボレーシュート - Direct jumping peregrine falcon volley shoot) (World youth arc, chapter 29, pages 50-51), Jumping peregrine falcon volley (ジャンピング隼ボレー - Jumping hayabusa volley) (World youth arc, chapter 31, pages 22-23) or even just Jumping volley (ジャンピングボレー - Jumping volley) (Golden-23 arc, chapter 18, page 17).

Nitta apparently did volleys and jumping volleys only at 80% efficiency until the last round of the olympics asian qualifiers where the efficiency rose up to 120% thanks to a special training (Golden-23 arc, chapter 97, pages 2-3).

He was also able to shoot it with the left leg thanks to a special training (World youth arc, chapter 29, pages 48-49).
