反動蹴速迅砲 - Hando shu soku jin ho - Reactive fast kick quick gun
For this technique, the user must counter a shot (World youth arc, chapter 37, pages 54 to 63) or clearance (Road to 2002, chapter 39, pages 15 to 18) with a shot.

This can be considered a defensive technique, since this is clearing an opponent's shot, and can even be used solely for that purpose (Road to 2002 arc, chapter 54, pages 4 to 9) as well as an offensive one, since the countered shot or clearance can be targeted at the opponent's goal (Road to 2002, chapter 39, pages 15 to 18).

The opponent's shooting power and the user shooting power is somehow making the ball go at an amazing speed, leaving the after image of a dragon. (World youth arc, chapter 35, page 54)

According to Sho, the stronger the opponent's shot is, the stronger the resulting countered shot is (World youth arc, chapter 35, page 52). This is suggesting that the technique is actually combining the opponent's shooting power with the user rather than nullifying it.

At first, it appeared that the user should hit the ball real close to his opponent, at almost the same moment as his opponent, since even the slightest difference in timing could make the technique fail (World youth arc, chapter 37, page 28), and since it can injure the opponent's shooter (World youth arc, chapter 35, page 46), or make his leg numb (World youth arc, chapter 37, page 30). Sho even used a similar technique with more distance (World youth arc, chapter 35, pages 36 to 39) and said it was only a "Reactive kick" but not a "Fast kick quick gun" (World youth arc, chapter 37, page 41).

However, he also countered a shot with a similar distance, but used the full name as well (Road to 2002 arc, chapter 54, pages 4 to 9). Still, both occurences didn't show a dragon after image. Natureza also used it from a similar distance and a dragon was seen (Road to 2002 arc, chapter 130, pages 1 to 14). It is unclear if those are inconsistencies or if there are unknown different circumstances. However, Sho also said that the "best" reactive fast kick quick gun is done at close range, as it can counter rotation effects, while it'd be harder from a distance (World youth arc, chapter 37, page 114).

It is also unclear if the other counter shots seen throughout the mangas are exactly the same as this technique, since no dragon is seen when they're done. Still, they can be much stronger than regular or special shots (Captain Tsubasa arc, chapter 78, pages 74 to 83).

As stated above, the technique is dangerous since it can injure the opponent's leg or make it numb, but the user's leg can be injured as well (World youth arc, chapter 34, page 57).
Sometimes, afterimages that are different than a dragon can be seen, like a phoenix (World youth arc, chapter 38, page 16 to 19), or a tiger (Rising sun arc, chapter 36, pages 4-5).

Sho is the only one that was stated to be able to use this technique not only from the front, but also diagonally and from the side (World youth arc, chapter 37, page 110).
