If it's looking like a regular overhead at first, its peculiarity is showing when the drive effect is showing, since it was kicked upside-down, the ball rather than going up and down, is going down then up, which can trick players trying to stop it (Captain Tsubasa arc, chapter 108, pages 64 to 67).
