Golden-23
Scoring goals
Along with Furukawa, he can score a goal against a keeper like Wakashimazu in a 7 vs 7 mini game (Golden-23 arc, chapter 5, pages 14-15).
He'll use toe shots to score, a player like Nitta covering him won't be able to stop him from using it, and it can make a keeper like Wakashimazu react slower to it, only being able to repell it (Golden-23 arc, chapter 9, pages 16 to 19).
When in posession
He can use short passes with Furukawa that can work on players like Tanu and Jacks (Golden-23 arc, chapter 37, page 7), but the Tachibanas twins can keep up with them (Golden-23 arc, chapter 7, page 4) and Bobang can intercept them thanks to his tall, flexible and fast body (Golden-23 arc, chapter 37, pages 7 to 10).
Furukawa and Kazami can cross each other's path, which can fool Gransen and Jensen into following them (Golden-23 arc, chapter 26, pages 16 to 19), while they actually let the ball to let another player free to shoot (Golden-23 arc, chapter 27, pages 2 to 12).
His technique and combinations with Furukawa can contribute to the team's posession (Golden-23 arc, chapter 79, page 14).
Kazami will use crayfish backteps as a starting point to trick opponents, he can do various things afterwards:
Against Kazuo, he used Kazuo's rush against him with a raised ball (Golden-23 arc, chapter 7, pages 6 to 9).
Against Denmark's n°6, he just passed the ball (Golden-23 arc, chapter 18, page 7).
Against Denmark's n°8, he used a pivot leg pass (Golden-23 arc, chapter 26, pages 3 to 4).
Against Denmark's n°5, he used a floating lob with the outside of the foot (Golden-23 arc, chapter 26, page 7).
He will be able to perform passes in mid air, if a player like Nitta is threatening to intercept the ball (Golden-23 arc, chapter 7, page 10).
Kazami can be lured towards an area by a player like Sano, for example towards the sideline to prevent him from using his crayfish backteps while Jito is going to tackle him (Golden-23 arc, chapter 7, pages 16 to 19).
He can lose the ball to Denmark's n°5 because of his superior physique and long limbs (Golden-23 arc, chapter 18, page 9).
Coming from Futsal, where the sliding tackles are banned, he may have troubles to deal with them (Golden-23 arc, chapter 7, pages 17 to 19). He can dodge Jito's powerful tackle by going above, but won't be able to dodge Jito's following launching tackle (Golden-23 arc, chapter 8, pages 8 to 11).
When not in posession
Him and Furukawa can't take the ball from the Tachibanas twins using their monkey keep and giant flying squirrel jump (Golden-23 arc, chapter 6, pages 4 to 8).
Kazami and Furukawa are supporting each other by picking up balls lost by their partners (Golden-23 arc, chapter 8, page 16).
