Abilities
According to newspapers, they are considered a dark horse (World youth arc, chapter 50, pages 16-17). According to the coach Matilda, the players can't lose to anyone in speed and power (World youth arc, chapter 54, pages 36-37), and they have the most prominent pair of forwards (World youth arc, chapter 54, pages 72-73). It's the kind of team that can score 11 goals if they take 10 (World youth arc, chapter 54, page 88).

Training
Except for Victorino, all the players from the old Uruguay youth were changed, and they were trained extremely hard around Hino by their coach Matilda Jinnosuke, in a short period of time, until around right before the World youth (World youth arc, chapter 53, page 53).

Combi play
Hino and Victorino can perform a combi play that is similar to the golden combi (World youth arc, chapter 54, pages 64 to 69). The opposing team can react to this attack by reinforcing their central defense, with both sidebacks coming to the center, but it's then leaving them open for a side attack from Pazu (World youth arc, chapter 54, pages 68 to 71).
