Core of the team
According to its coach, Santana is the core of the team (World youth arc, chapter 7, pages 32-33).

Offensive abilities
They can attack even without Santana by passing the ball, going forward little by little (World youth arc, chapter 8, page 8).

Free kick
They can use a trick play with multiple runners during a free kick, but it won't work against Sao Paulo (World youth arc, chapter 8, pages 108 to 110).

Possession
They can pick up a ball cleared by a teammate, but a player from Sao Paulo can take the ball back (World youth arc, chapter 7, pages 32-33).

High ball contests
The keeper, by coming out of his goal and one of their defender can repell a header from Leandro (World youth arc, chapter 6, pages 34 to 37).

Defensive abilities
Their lack of warm-up can be exploited by Tsubasa (World youth arc, chapter 6, pages 30 to 35). Their defenders might not reach a repelled ball before Tsubasa can kick it with an overhead (World youth arc, chapter 6, pages 36 to 41), their defenders and keeper might not be able to prevent Tsubasa from scoring with a flying drive shot, as it can go over them and fall diagonally into the goal (World youth arc, chapter 7, pages 36 to 39), their defenders can desperately mark Tsubasa to prevent him from scoring with a flying drive shot, but it can allow him to kick an eagle shot with the left leg (World youth arc, chapter 7, pages 56-57). Most of them, except Leo and Santana might be tricked by Leandro pretending to shoot a free kick but pushing the ball for another player instead (World youth arc, chapter 8, pages 90-91). They can defend against Sao Paulo's pass-based attack when Tsubasa isn't with them (World youth arc, chapter 9, pages 4-5).

Man marking
They can mark every player, forcing Tsubasa into a dribble breakthrough (World youth arc, chapter 9, pages 9-10).

Goal keeping
Their keeper can repell an eagle shot kicked with the left leg from Tsubasa, but won't be able to stop another shot done on the repelled ball (World youth arc, chapter 7, pages 56 to 59). Their keeper might not react to Tsubasa's flying drive shot during a free kick (World youth arc, chapter 8, pages 92-93), can react to a shot from Leandro, but then won't be able to react to a jumping volley from Tsubasa immediately after (World youth arc, chapter 9, pages 13 to 21).

Other informations

N°7 and n°5 are seen with the n°6 once.

One of the player doesn't have any number because it's unclear if he has the n°6 or n°8 (World youth arc, chapter 8, page 97), and these numbers are clearly worn by other players, making either choice wrong anyway.
